It is also responsible for the technology solution across all Marketing Ecosystem assets (Unica Campaign, Interact, IBM Marketing Operations, IBM Marketing Cloud, LCAP, Targeting, Information Center and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite).More details about your role?• Influence the decisions and strategic directions of the Bank by implementing technological solutions to optimize the quality of asset services and which promote the reuse of services• Interact with business analysts and business line experts to understand the needs of the solution that affect the assets of the Marketing ecosystem• Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of permanent fixes and this, with a view to continuous improvement.• Follow up on issues with the project manager and propose mitigation measures• Participate in the creation of various solution architecture documents in collaboration with various project teamsRequired profile• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience• Experience in drafting architectural documents (preliminary or detailed)• Excellent understanding of Banking and Marketing campaign applications• Strong ability to produce operable architectures that meet both the needs of the reality of the business line and the orientations of the company• Good knowledge of best practices in messaging, data management, governance, networking and data integration• Knowledge of technologies such as MQ Series, IBM Information Server (IIS) version 11.5, TWS, Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQLServer)• Excellent ability to popularize and present technical information• Knowledge of DevOps practices, desirable• Working knowledge of API development• Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, desirable• Leadership, strong initiative taking into account the deadlines imposed by the business sector, and ease of using business language• Experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Iterative project delivery, desirable• Bilingualism (spoken / written) French and EnglishThe compensation associated with this position is available on salary scales.
