In this position you will provide technical support via phone, email and remote access to customer sites where solutions are deployed and proactively manage customer environments. You will work directly with customers or indirectly through the advice provided to others in the TAC. The Software Developer is a key contributor in developing solutions that integrate with enterprise clients and consumer-facing applications.
