The Randstad Strategic Sales team is growing! We’re searching for a Client Executive who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

This exciting and challenging opportunity focuses on new business development for all of Randstad Canada's service offerings, targeted towards national and strategic prospects in the Canadian marketplace.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Development, the Client Executive is responsible for attaining overall revenue goals, building account targeting strategies, developing high level business contacts and relationships within prospect customers, achieving margin and profitability goals with new customers, executive management of account implementation activities, coordinating branch-level sales and delivery activities, and taking complete ownership of the overall client relationship in the “land and implementation” phase with new customers. In this role you will represent Randstad Canada as an enterprise-wide expert and be able to communicate all of Randstad's diverse service offerings to your target customer. The Client Executive goal is to look holistically at the needs of the target client and determine the right type of solutions that Randstad can offer.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Create corporate visibility within your accounts at the highest level (President, CIO, CFO Senior VPs, etc.) through regular executive calls, executive presentations, and delivery of top-tier value added programs.
• Develop new threads of revenue and increase overall revenue growth within your group of target accounts
• Develop and execute business development strategies and account acquisition plans both locally and nationally which address the client’s current recruitment challenges, anticipated needs and propose solutions to future staffing challenges.
• Ensure that gross margins targets are met through partnering with internal stakeholders to building and customize optimal delivery models
• Work with internal stakeholders to conceptualize, design and implement human capital strategies for your clients

Do you have what it takes to be successful as a Client Executive at Randstad? We are seeking:

• 3-5 years of demonstrated B2B business development and/or client account expansion success in the Québec market with exposure to complex and long sales cycle
• Post-secondary degree in business or a related field
• Experience partnering with HR and Procurement leaders
• Extensive Track record as a service-oriented sales person
• Metrics-driven and enjoy the pressure of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Passion for producing results
• Flawless communication in both English & French is strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
• You are more than a little competitive (in the good way!)
• You are organized and manage your time like a pro
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• You don’t mind letting loose a little bit once your quotas are met!
• You have a Driver's Licence
