      Our client, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator with an Interior/Architectural background.Responsibilities:-organizing client selections and preparing them so the information can be distributed to relevant trades and team members.- miscellaneous tasks to assist client projects and day to day company tasks. -completing site safety audit checklist and signage -bidding specific job materials and subcontractors -obtaining quotes -updating budgets/estimates as needed - following up with trades on quotes, takeoffs etc. -ordering materials & awarding contracts-following up with subcontractors & orders-scheduling service calls with subcontractors and clients -creating material schedules -reviewing/tracking invoices against approved quotes. -attending the sites on an as-needed basis, I would suspect the majority of working hours would be in office.
