The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience or a mix of education and experience. In this role you will be the most senior member of the team, just under the owner. Experience managing your own crew and experience facing clients is an asset. A G-class driver's license with a clean abstract is a must and a D or AR license is an asset as you will be driving a 2500-5500 series truck with a trailer in the summer and a plow in the winter. From April-November you will be working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility with schedule is necessary should a job dictate extra hours.
