      Our client helps the world’s largest automotive manufacturers, financial institutions, insurance companies and dealer groups buy, sell and trade used vehicles. They are currently looking for a driven and outgoing Inside Sales Representative. You will be reporting to the Regional Inside Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining and increasing dealer consignment and purchase activity.Advantages* $18.90 Per Hour ($40,000 Per Year) plus monthly bonus* Integrity, Employee Welfare, Customer Care, Safety, Innovation, Community Involvement, Teamwork, and Fun.ResponsibilitiesTHIS IS A PERMANENT CONTRACT POSITION WITH A STRONG POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION.LOCATION : AYR, ONTARIO• Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of at auction ancillary services• Responsible for increasing dealer purchase behavior within an assigned region• Logging activities on Salesforce (CRM)• Assist the inside sales team on the closing of if-bids on their digital platform• Responsible for the re-engagement or re-activation of fallout sellers • Responsible for the handling and closing of all at auction if-bids QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years sales experience within a related field• Excellent oral communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• High school diploma• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and good aptitude with computersSummaryIf you are someone who loves to connect with people and want to start your career in Sales, don't think twice.
