      Our client, an international organization based in Mississauga/ON is looking for a Specialist, Digital and Performance Marketing or Digital PM to join them on a 12 months contract. The Senior Specialist / Digital PM is responsible for supporting the development of strategies, executing plans, measuring performance, and reporting insights across digital marketing activities. The focus is to deliver the highest performance across the key channels they’ll be responsible for including Paid Media (social, display, video) and SEM delivering on both brand and performance-based goals. The incumbent will seek to do this across all our client's lines of business including Mobile, Digital Appliances, Consumer Electronics, and Enterprise Business Development. Responsibilities· Support Paid Media and SEM strategies and plans supporting the integrated marketing communications process across brand and performance marketing· Leverage your expertise to guide the business around the importance of full-funnel marketing showcasing an understanding of both brand and performance-based tactics and KPI’s· Establish and maintain industry benchmarks and KPIs for brand and performance marketing initiatives· Develop, pitch, and execute monthly quarterly and annual brand and performance marketing plans· Continuously look for new tools/strategies to help drive online business growth· Work with platform partners and marketing agencies to bring new and innovative tactics to life while also establishing best practice learnings through test and learn programs· opportunities on brand and performance-based tactics· Manage and steer partner relations with our client Media Agency of Record including strategy creation, plan activation, budget, briefs, and status meetings· Manage budget and approvals as required· Create, analyze, and optimize full-funnel SEM campaigns across all business lines· Collaborate with Business and Marketing stakeholders to build and share SEM plans and deliver against shared program and campaign KPIs across all business divisions· Work with agencies to manage generic, branded, and competitive keyword lists across business lines· Lead the development of key PPC remarketing strategies to help support cross-sell and upsell· Work with digital analytics leads to deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders with a focus on driving incremental share of voice, traffic, engagement and revenue· Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and channel expansion opportunities through ongoing performance analysis, including competitive analysis· Support the development of paid media strategy and execution across digital channels through best in class digital media buying and delivery across OLV, Display & Social· Effectively manage project timelines and budgets aligned to strategic marketing and brand objectives· Work with Business Marketing leads to support the delivery of media plans that are data-driven and audience-based· Drive paid social engagement plans ensuring strong connection with consumers· Drive creation of integrated display/OLV and programmatic media strategies and plan execution· Implement programmatic campaigns built on solid insights utilizing various data sources and audience segment pools for more granular targeting of media· Collaborate with Marketing Tech leads to take full advantage of data opportunities within media· Work with digital analytics leads to deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders with a focus on driving incremental traffic, engagement and revenue· Support and collaborate with key stakeholders on the development of social & digital content where neededQualifications· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred· 3-5 years proven SEM & media experience in a brand marketing and/or agency role· Proven record of success with SEM & Media, agency and budget management· Proven ability to leverage analytics to make strategic and tactical recommendations on paid strategy or content· Extensive experience with SEM planning and execution with strong paid media knowledge including audience-based strategies· Some technical knowledge of GMP, DMP, Tag Manager and other marketing technology experience (Adobe Audience Manager, DV360, Search 360, Campaign Manager, Tag Manager)· Exceptional digital communication skills and articulation i.e. be able to explain programmatic tools and strategies to non-experts· Thorough understanding of digital performance and measurement· Understanding of leading-edge industry trends, digital advertising trends, and digital marketing and social media best practices· Knowledge of testing practices including A/B, multivariate, etc.· Passionate about technology and consumer electronics· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent presentation skills – ability to distill complex analysis and program recommendations into concise management information· Strong organization skills· Proven ability
