Translates outcomes back to Product and Development teams. ● Considered strong thought partner in product design and strategy. ● Exhibit natural understanding and intuition of User behaviour in all projects. Act as an advocate for exceeding client expectations and ensuring their needs are met. ● Write clear and concise design documents that align to company standards with some guidanceQualificationsHow do YOU qualify?To qualify for the UI/UX Designer role with our client, you must have:● 3-5 years experience in a similar UI/UX Design position ● Advanced knowledge of UI design principles and techniques including responsive design, grid principles, mobile UI and the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables (sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes) ● Experience with Google Material Design. ● Demonstrates strong active listening skills and the ability to translate product strategy and user needs into effective designs ● Strong visual design skills, including composition, grids, typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and navigation ● Design or other technical degree or equivalent experience (3 years) Technologies Used ● Proficient with design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch. ● Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, React and CSS frameworks for interface design ● Loop 11 for user validation ● Google Suite + Slack SummaryDo you have this experience?
