This state-of-the-art facility will offer one of the lightest high end, 100% recycled linerboard and medium products on the market. The mill is currently under construction and start-up is scheduled for December 2022. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager.Job responsibilitiesIn partnership with project resources, the corporation centers of expertise and shared services, the HR Advisor will be a business partner and responsible for: Assisting the Senior HR manager in all aspects of the plant’s human resource's function, including HR policies and processes (compensation, payroll, succession, etc.) Actively participating in the recruitment of a skilled and engaged workforce, including interviewing and final paperwork processingProcessing appropriate HRIS changes and maintain employee personnel filesPerforms continuous improvement to facilitate the management of HR processes and meet business objectivesActing as point of contact for employees and managers to respond to HR questions and concernsAssisting the Senior HR Manager with various tasks and projects as neededCore CompetenciesChange managementTeamworkRigourCoachingContinuous improvementImpact and influence #revealyourpotential  #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
