      Role Profile:General Description• The Business Analyst delivers recommendations based on an analysis of business processes and user needs, enabling informed decision-making in support of the overall business strategy.Must-haves:- Strong administrative skills including document and record management- Understandings of business processes and ability to identify where shortcomings in the processRelationship management to support end-usersADVANTAGESExperience and Role Accountabilities• A minimum two (2) years of business analysis experience or equivalent.• Identify business process efficiencies and opportunities by using advanced analytical and modeling skills focusing on detail and accuracy, to deliver recommendations that align to the business goals.• Help managers understand business data and trends, by creating relevant reports and easy to use tools that effectively communicate complex information to support strategic decision-making.• Maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders through regular reporting and communication using good verbal, written, and presentation skills, enabling timely progression of projects.RESPONSIBILITIESKey duties this role will complete include:• MCS Sustainment Workflows CIP-006: Kick off and inputting details for progression of workflows including MCS workflow admin management & evidence collection.• Visitor Access Logs: Request and collection with review of site visitor access logs, working with site managers to correct any errors or missing information ? compliance requirement to ensure logs are accurate• Key Inventories: Request engagement of key coordinators as well as collection and review of physical key inventory, working with managers for incomplete information or to track down keys not reported on in order to correct any errors of missing information ? compliance and / or internal control requirements• Security Plan Reviews: LPSP workflow coordination with Stations Operations for access to files and timely completion of security site drawing plan reviews and provide evidence• Key Lockbox Pin Code Changes: Pin Code workflow coordination with Stations Operations to attend and change codes every 6 months and provide evidence• Supporting Physical Key Coordinators: Providing orientation and access to training materials to support the role of newly assigned PKM Key Coordinators• Monitoring and coordinating of shared PSEC mailbox for compliance-related activities following a guide on how to manage inbound email assignmentsQUALIFICATIONSEducation and Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• Working knowledge of data analysis programs, an asset• Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spokenSUMMARYTwo easy ways to apply:1.
