      ISO: a PEO-licensed Civil Engineer with diverse experience in land development, looking to elevate your career as part of a diverse and forward-thinking organization.Due to sustained growth, our client -- a highly successful Engineering Consulting + Geomatics firm with deep Ontario roots -- has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a new addition to their Civil Engineering team. The ideal Candidate will have experience working on a variety of projects related to land development (urban and rural) and is a highly motivated self-starter with a specific interest in advancing into senior leadership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:- Leading the delivery of a variety of civil engineering projects (including but not limited to: site grading, servicing, stormwater management etc. for residential and commercial developments, both urban and rural) from concept to completion- Managing project requirements, resources and schedules to ensure delivery within scope and budget- Participating in client meetings and actively identifying and developing new client relationshipsQualifications:- Graduate of a Civil Engineering program from an accredited university- P.Eng with Professional Engineers of Ontario (an EIT close to full licensing will also be considered)- 3+ years of experience specifically related to the design and management of land development projects (residential and commercial)- Familiarity with local municipal and regional government, regulatory, and conservation authorities (Southwestern ON/West GTA)Think you've got what it takes?
