The rest of the time your dealing with projects - wi fi upgrades, rackmounting, setting up office equipment, upgrading switches- remotely, working with a tech who's working across the world. Understand how to do configuration, testing, troubleshooting.Additional needs: Someone with Practical hands on troubleshooting being able to interpret what the client/user is saying - detail oriented. Someone to follow standards and instructions well, Great communication skills, Pay attention to detail and follow instructions well. Someone with a great work ethic. Can respond quickly to tickets and eager to learn/workAdvantagesThis role is in Windsor, must be on site 2-3 days a week. This is a 24-36 month contract with the ability to flip to permanent.
