Randstad Technologies’ team is recruiting a Public Sector Resource Coordinator to identify, screen, interview and recruits potential candidates in order to select the highest quality hires for our clients in Victoria, BC.

What will you do every day as a Public Sector Resource Coordinator?

As part of our growing Victoria team, you will provide operational and administrative support to meet deadlines and government requirements. You will have the opportunity to meet incredibly interesting people and build an ongoing candidate pipeline in the IT industry using research, networking and online business intelligence tools.

Your mission will include:

- Remain up-to-date with latest and emerging industry resources, social media and networking tools
- Source, review resumes and screen against job requirements in a compliant manner
- Focus on finding, networking and qualifying candidates suitable for public sector clients
- Shape candidate’s experience and resumes / extract relevant information to meet job requirements
- Support Recruiters and Account Managers with their clients’ requests
- Be a key component to building Randstad Technologies - Western Canada Public Sector practice
- Create matrices / templates / pricing and publish job offer for new roles;
- Prepare responses to BC government proposals

What does it take to be a Public Sector Resource Coordinator at Randstad?

- A post-secondary diploma
- A minimum of 6 months working experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to support and coordinate a dynamic and achievement-oriented team
- Proactivity and autonomy
