      Your challenge!Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Lead, the Continuous Improvement Lead Succession’s mission is to be responsible for the coordination of the implementation and the deployment of activities at the plant. Also provides support to the Asset Owner, Process Lead, Maintenance Lead, and Quality Coordinator.As Cascades has a culture of succession development, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead who will be on a succession program. This person will be paired with the current Continuous Improvement Lead to learn about Cascades' operations and culture in order to eventually move into other leadership positions in a Cascades plant. Business System Analyst with experience in work flows, business process modeling, technical models, database models, business solicitation, technical job streams, daily scrum meetings and status meetings.
