      Reporting to the General Manager and in relation with the President, the person sought will have an impact on all the different departments of the organization in relation to the optimization of the administrative, human and operational processes of the firm. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating improvements that contribute to the optimization of the work organization as well as the quality of the customer and employee experience. You will be responsible for managing change while ensuring the efficient execution of the office's activities, involving good planning of priorities.This is a new position for a growing professional firm, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a vacuum, who enjoys organizing, managing, influencing and constantly improving existing processes, especially through technology.
