To Operation process to complete the delivery processQualifications 10+ years of IT technology or operations experience in a large company.Good understanding of data architecture (understand dependencies between systems, the capability of each layer in an IT value chain).An expert in project planning and progress monitoring, including scope and milestone controlAn Asset - Good understanding of the Air Canada business and IT landscape for 1 or more large transversal function (e.g Flight Ops data flows, Flight Distribution, etc).An Asset – Experience as system analyst for 1 or more major IT platforms used at Air Canada (e.g Altea PSS, Netline, etc).Certifications in classic or agile project management (Scrum Master, RTE), solution architecture, business analytics, PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) an assetA relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the roleGood knowledge of SDLC and various Software development frameworks (Agile, Iterative, DEVOPS)Adaptability and Flexibility - The ability to keep functioning effectively when under pressure and/or experiencing rapidly changing or uncertain conditions, and to maintain self-control in the face of hostility or provocation.
