        One of the Top Bank is looking for a Compensation Administrator to join the DT office, starting from working from home. 1 year contract and start ASAP!Advantages• 12 month contract with long term potential• 19.33/hr• Work virtual (DT Toronto)• Work for one of Canada's largest banksResponsibilities• Administer the Financial Planning program as per defined internal audit and quality control procedures.• Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly and/or annual compensation files to ensure timely and accurate processing and payment. • Process and adjudicate adjustments, referrals and escalations of varying complexity and ambiguity in accordance with established business rules.• Investigate and respond to inquiries• Provide superior client service and build relationships with business partners and the sales force to ensure client satisfaction• Update/maintain process guides and job aids.• Participate in special projects, as required.Qualifications • About 2 years’ experience in compensation is preferred• Strong proficiency in excel• Great customer service skills, and access.
