      Your challenge!Our Trenton mill is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to join its team. Do you want to share your mechanical or electrical expertise and support the team in continuous improvement? Bring your knowledge and skills on!We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Individual who will work in conjunction with the Process and Project Coordinator and the Asset Owner to keep improving the performance of our Trenton plant operation.Job responsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the Maintenance Project Coordinator are:Ensures execution of action plans related to reliability.Aid in coordination of the daily maintenance schedule with the Maintenance Team.Manages defect handling and equipment failures to generate action plans.Review and modify preventive maintenance plans in coordination with the Reliability Team.Responsible for the preventive schedule for their asset, in coordination with the Maintenance Team.Prepare meetings each week, advising which notifications are to be changed to work orders.Provides priority to work orders for scheduling purposes.Assist in planning process of work orders. Plays an active role in successful execution of shutdown jobs in his/her area.Supports the other members in the implementation and continuous improvement of their respective Daily Management System (DMS) elements.Desired experienceThe Maintenance Project Coordinator must have the following qualifications:Possess a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or similar).Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing environment.Demonstrate positive leadership, have excellent communication and teamwork skills.Can manage various projects simultaneously.Have a good analytical mindset and demonstrated rigor with ability to synthesizeIs comfortable in a fast-paced environment.#revealyourpotential #LifeAtCascadesCascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
