The Administrative Assistant will be supporting a month-long project to register medical students in the hospital system, help them get their equipment, and create their hospital passes. In this role, you will have a chance to:- Get things done! They are counting on you to register and equip over 100 students for their fall placements- Act as the first point of contact for medical students, interns, residents, and instructors- Work with hospital software- Use those problem-solving skills!- Gain healthcare experience in one of Toronto's most respected medical institutionsThis role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, works well as part of a team, and has a passion for organization. This is a 1-month contract role and we are looking for an individual in the Toronto/North York area with availability to start on Monday, September 27. ResponsibilitiesWhat YOU will be doing as an Administrative Assistant:- Registering students, interns and residents in the in-house hospital system- Creating hospital badges for students- Assisting students in getting their equipment and everything else they need for a successful learning experience- Answering student questions related to hospital access and resolving badge issues- Acting as the first point of contact for students - you are their go-to person when they need help!- Maintaining registration and other recordsQualificationsWhat YOU bring to the role of Administrative Assistant:- 1-2 years administrative experience
 in a healthcare or corporate setting- Warm, friendly and professional communication style with service orientation- Organized with excellent time management skills- Tech-savvy, learns new software quickly
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
