    One of our client's distribution facilities in Carp is looking for an Experienced Shipper/Order Picker to be part of their growing team. They are looking for a quick, driven and experienced person. They need someone who takes the initiative to assist the team with their high demands. This is a permanent roleThe shift is 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to FridayRate: 19/hrStart date: September 2021Advantages-Competitive hourly rate-Permanent and stable opportunity-Day shift, no weekends-Opportunity for growth and development -Free Parking-Great team-based environmentResponsibilities-Picking and packing orders -Receiving shipments and deliveries that come in daily. -Ensuring that all shipments and supplies are properly stored and labeled-Inputting information into the new ERP system.-Checking inventory and assessing what needs to be restocked-Helping out to stock the retail area of the facility. -Stocking shelves and racks using a dolly and ladderQualifications-Extensive experience in Shipping/ Receiving and Order picking is required-Experience in doing stocking and inventory in a retail environment is a definite asset-Has a good understanding of the cost of sales and inventory management-Must be open to helping out in the retail store -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods of time-Must be able and comfortable using a computer and learning the companies database system-Experience in dangerous good is a definite assetSummaryIf this is a role you feel you will be qualified for, please apply asapHere are different ways to apply1.
