The manager is required to have deep knowledge and expertise with the various Air Canada data sources and structures, system integrations, and a perspective on how we best integrate and move data between systems. The manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Data Analysts that execute all audience targeting across our Email, SMS, and Push channels and being directly involved in major campaigns, as required. The manager will participate in strategy and planning meetings with stakeholders in Marketing, Analytics,  IT, and our Notifications teams. The manager will be the lead on our audience and targeting strategy for stakeholders in the organization.
