      Your Challenge!Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, this position is responsible for transporting goods to and from Customers in a safe and efficient manner.   Job ResponsibilitiesOperate a tractor-trailer as directed that transports between our facility and multiple destinations;Prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick-up of goods to ensure timely service;Load, secure, unload and deliver cargo in accordance with Customer needs and Company policies;Maintain satellite or telephone contact with the Logistics Team to receive delivery/pick up instructions or notices of changes in route or schedule to meet customer needs;Maintains a Drivers Daily Log and cargo control in accordance with Federal and Provincial regulations and company needs;Responsible for daily inspection of vehicle, ensuring proper function of all safety related features of the vehicle at all times;Refueling as needed;Ensures compliance with set policies and procedures within ISOOther duties as requested by the Logistics SupervisorQualificationsValid AZ license and CVOR in good standingMinimum three years driving experience;Strong understanding of Health & Safety Rules and Regulations;Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation Ontario regulations;Ability to prioritize many tasks and execute results, which will promote customer satisfaction;Ability to deal with conflict, stress and time constraints in an efficient, professional, courteous manner;Strong oral and written communication skills;Experience with transport satellite communication systems

      Your challenge! This position is responsible for scaling all inbound and outbound trucks. Performs data entry, answers the telephone, and completes other administrative duties. Perform general office duties as required. Individual responsibilities Responsible for all functions related to scaling inbound and outbound trucks.Responsible for directing trucks to the appropriate loading or unloading zones.Responsible for communicating clearly and courteously with, but not limited to truck drivers, operational staff, transportation staff, and administrative staff as appropriate.Ensuring that all drivers arriving on site are aware of proper PPE protocol when entering our facility.Responsible for completing and entering all bills of lading produced.Responsible for ensuring that all Scale Tickets and Work Orders are processed, collected, entered, checked, emailed, and filed daily.Responsible for completing various spreadsheets.Receive and direct telephone enquiries as required. Filing of all scale/manual tickets and ensuring they are all filed in numerical order.Responsible for reporting any office related (equipment, etc) issues.Responsible for maintaining Cascades Recovery + values at all times.  Qualification Education High School graduation or higher.  Skills Must have a strong computer knowledge with a good understanding of MS Windows, Excel, and Word and general office equipment. Oral and written communications, organizational and problem solving abilities, and a willingness to take initiative. Must be self motivated and possess good planning skills.  Physical Demands Mental concentration.Some minor lifting.Core competencies defined for this jobPlanning and organizingFlexibility and ability to adaptRigourTeam leadershipContinuous improvementAction-based focus
