You will be responsible for the overall operations of the branch inclusive of but not limited to: - Customer Satisfaction & Teammate Engagement- Financial Performance- Inventory Management- Growth in wallet and market share- Branch Governance ( Ensure work is conducted in compliance with Health and Safety Policies and legislation) QualificationsAs a Branch Manager you will need :- Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience - Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Plumbing/HVAC wholesale industry with established experience in sales- Leadership skills ( Participate in Recruitment, selection and development of your team. Provide coaching and guidance to your team.
